Marlene and Burt: Voices for Vista!

  1. I had to dig a bit to learn more about this syndicated American radio program. Sponsored by the United States Office of Economic Opportunity, Voices for VISTA (Volunteers In Service To America) began airing in August 1965 to attract Job Corps recruits. Incidentally, VISTA was JFK's vision, later manifested by Lyndon B. Johnson.

  2. Thanks for sharing the info! That would probably mean that Marlene and Burt did this interview around the time of her Broadway run in 1967?
